However, we do wish to advise that reopening in this current environment requires extra staffing and as such some stores do not have the operational capacity to open on Monday the 11th of October.
Additionally, some stores may need to trade reduced hours during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are doing our best to get back to fully operational stores in all locations as soon as practicable. Please see our trading hours for the week on our Store Locations page commencing the 11th of October. We will keep updating our website throughout the transition phase.
We wish to advise that our requirements are as follows;
- Please adhere to the max persons allowable in each location (noted at the entry of each of our stores and varies from store to store)
- All customers need to show proof of vaccination and check in using the QR code displayed at the entrance to our stores.
Note: These requirements are set out by the NSW government, not by Seaweed and Sand. We are a small business with a finite number of staff and are doing our best to adhere to the rules so that we can get our business back on its feet. We ask customers to be respectful and patient with the above requirements. We will not tolerate any threatening or disrespectful behaviour.
Our stores have always been a haven of warmth and positivity. It's been a difficult time for everyone, and we want to bring that enjoyable shopping experience back to our customers. We know that this transition phase will have its challenges but together we hope that we can all get through it without any negativity or confrontation.
For our customers that can’t yet shop with us in person, you can continue to shop with us online. We will be adding new and exciting stock over the coming weeks.
