Refund policy

It is very important to us that you love your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund for change of mind. However, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit for future use. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss your options.

Please email sales@seaweedandsand.com.au with your order number, full name and contact phone number within 7 days of receipt of your item, outlining the details for your request. All items including furniture will need to be returned to our warehouse and the customer is responsible for any costs incurred to return the item. Warehouse address will be provided.

Upon receipt of your returned items, we will process a credit note or exchange.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please provide a photograph of the damaged goods in your Returns Request email within 7 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept refund requests without photographic evidence. Once we receive photographs and proof of purchase, our online team will outline any further instructions to return the damaged goods.
