Shipping policy

We offer delivery throughout Sydney, the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Newcastle and the Illawarra only. Delivery fees may apply at a flat rate of $70. All items are in stock in our warehouse, unless otherwise stated. We will be in touch shortly after receiving your order to arrange a date for delivery to occur within 5 to 10 business days.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer Free Delivery within Sydney, Central Coast and Blue Mountains on order over $500. This offer will automatically apply at checkout to all eligible orders.

DELIVERY TO OTHER AREAS OF NSW OR OTHER STATES OF AUSTRALIA

Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service outside of our current Greater Sydney delivery zone stated in full above. Please contact us via email sales@seaweedandsand.com.au if you are interested in ordering for delivery outside of this area, however you will need to make your own arrangements for pick up and delivery at your own cost and time.

WAREHOUSE PICK UP 

Pick up is available from our North Narrabeen NSW Warehouse, free of charge. Visits to our warehouse are by appointment only. We will be in touch shortly after receiving your order to arrange a date and time for pick up. The address will be provided at this time. Please present a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your order.

You may nominate a representative to collect the goods on your behalf, however you must notify us of this arrangement and they will need to provide a copy of your order confirmation or evidence that they have your permission.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer international delivery and cannot accept international orders.
