I only just checked my candle this evening as I was using up my mini Palm Beach Candle Coconut and Lime first. I found my standard size candle smashed in pieces. I will be coming to the Warringah Mall store this thursday to get an exchange on my candle.

We take a lot of care to check products and package as best we can to avoid damage in transit, but sadly once a parcel is with delivery services we have no control over how it is handled.
