Click & Collect
ALL STORES ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED in response to the COVID-19 lockdown in Greater Sydney and NSW.
CLICK AND COLLECT is available in stores on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays only between 11am and 1pm for contactless pickup. Stores remain closed to customers during this time with strictly no browsing or shopping in store.
PHONE ORDERS are available. You can call your closest store on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays between the hours of 11am and 1pm. Our friendly staff will be able to assist you with your order and process payment over the phone.
Click & Collect is a FREE in store pick up service that allows you to order online and then collect your order from one of our four stores.
You can select Click & Collect by following a few simple steps during checkout.
- Starting with the Cart page, select Store Pick Up then choose a store location from the list. Locations in Green are available for Click & Collect. If your store is Red, this means some or all items are not available at this location so Click & Collect is not available.
- When on the Shipping page, select Store Pick Up - Free from the list of shipping options.
- If you decide to change your method of delivery, just return to the Cart page to select your preferred delivery method then be sure to select the same preferred delivery method on the Shipping page.
Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification email from us. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo identification including your name and address.
You may nominate a representative to collect the goods on your behalf, however you’ll need to provide evidence that you’ve given them permission. Our staff may also call you to authorise this.
We ask that Click & Collect orders be collected within 10 business days of notification. We will contact you once this time expires to discuss collection of your order. If orders are still awaiting collection after another 5 business days the order will be cancelled and a full refund applied.
